ComED
Mailed check never posted

I've reported with this panel more often than once about ComEd. Among my grievances was that I submitted a payment to ComEd, also it was decided that possibly ComEd obtained and cashed my cost, but I never got credit. The removed money order includes a diverse ComEd bill number onto it. ComEd didn't react to several telephone and about two written questions. I have since reported through the BBB also it required hundreds of hours and more than 1 yearis time for you to recover my $60 from ComEdis at-best beaurocracy or at worst, bad cash pit.By they approach, don't protest through the ICC-I've proof and am planning potential grievances to exhibit that they're in cahoots.

Today I Have submitted another money purchase, completely recorded obviously. I created and delivered a duplicate of cost stub (I held the initial cost stub), and that I created and held a duplicate of the amount of money order. Today it's 6 months later and contains not been published to my bill. It's feasible the Postoffice reaches problem, but understanding ComEdis background of creating funds dissappear, I am currently completely involved in monitoring to determine where my cost went.

Guidance to all ComEd serfs-I am talking about clients: While sending a payment do the next:

1) Create A backup of one's cost, or use inspections with copies

2) Maintain the initial statement and stub, create a backup of it and deliver a duplicate of the stub

3) Use monitoring or shipping confirmation for bigger funds or

3.5) spend in a payment middle where payment could be recorded

Should you cannot do actions 3 or 3.5, atleast email it from the safer mail - simply do not suspend it inside your individual mailbox door.

Anytime a ComEd staff or companion in offense beyond ComEd (ie Postal Employee, police force adviser, etc) may intercept and cash your cost, utilize it to some other ComEd consideration, or simply make it disappear. This can trigger late charges, postal fees along with other distractions around energy shut off.
