Very poor customer service, i have bought items that came with very poor directions and had to take it to them to show me the right way. I have a mattress that is not even a yr old and springs are popping out the side of it. I have a sofa and loveseat no directions on where the legs go see no holes so i call and they tell me to peel the covering off the frame to find. So i did that and i see no holes, when i try to call back they keep picking up the phone and not saying anything i had to call, 10 times before someone would talk to me. I am very dissatisfied and would never recommend them to anyone! Nor will i ever purchase another item there!
