The companies listed above are operating without a license. They never had one. They have been ripping off consumers for years. The principle Lori Cass has done jail time for scheme to defraud. They have no conscience, and prey on consumers. They list in the phonebook under at least 10 different names and 10 different phone numbers. Lori Cass, Doug Cass, Dan Russo crooks and scam artists. Not needed repairs, double charging, over charging you name it they have done it.
Shame on you, Primetime, ABC, Newsday all have done stories on there ripoff artists. Contact Suffolk County Consymer Affairs if you have had a problem with any of these compaines. Stay away from them, and good luck.
