Ripoff Cashed my check on March 17-Received nothing. Will not respond to me

The Advertisement came in through The Nashua Telegraph Sunday Paper. On March 4 I filled out an order form and mailed a check for $13.85. The check was cashed on March 17. I have left messages with this company and no one has responded to me. I would like my money back.
