I placed an order for the slice-o-matic at the beginning of October for buy one get one free if I payed for the shipping for the second one and receive the second one for free. I noticed a week later that more money was taken out of my account then should have been so I called the service center. I was then told that I was billed for 6 of them, I at that moment canceled my order. I was told that my money would be returned within 8 to 10 days. Two weeks later I called back and was told that it showed that I was never billed for the product and was told to send a copy of my account showing that I had been charged and I would receive my money within 24 to 48 hours. To make a long story short I have been calling every week and have been told every time that upper management had been informed about my account and that I would be receiving my refund. It has been 2 months and I am still being told that my refund is being fast tracked to upper management and still haven't received my $140.94.
