My brother bought a phone for me late last year sumsung (Omnia pro B7330) from march this year the phene was not working. The phone does'nt play music it does'nt ring. The screen becomes blank. When we report the matter they want everything that belongs to the phone including the sim card. I'm using MTN & it came with Cellc. Becouse the phone its still new i want another phone or his money back. He bought the phone in John craig Tsakane mall his there in the system because his still paying for it. Please this has to stop i missed lot of important calls. I need another phone & i dont know what to do because John craig does'nt want it without that sim card even if his still paying for the phone.
