I purchase a $35 vanilla visa prepaid card for $40.09 on june 15/12 i used it on line 3 times for total of $9.90 then on june 19/12 it did not work so i call vanilla visa they ask me for the number on the card after i told them they said it was not a vanilla visa card there cards do not start with 4729 so i went on line to find out if other people where scam by vanilla visa and yes they were scam they purchase cards and they did not work. Can you please look into this and find out what is going on. Thank you
