Oh, we are so glad to hear we aren't the only ones that have had a problem with Willows on France and Jessi. Jessi Joshi (the manager) comes across super nice until you sign your lease. Then, forget getting timely call pick up or call returns! She is horrible. There is a crazy side to her and we couldn't believe it. Supposedly, she just got married and we feel sorry for the person that has to deal with her... That will be a short marriage I am sure! I wish the owner of the building would recognize that she is unprofesional and nasty when there is a problem and let her go vs. Losing customers. We left already, but good luck to anyone still there. Keep posting so maybe by numbers we will be heard!
If you report an issue or express one, they post angry response on the internet calling YOU a liar. Super unprofessional responses and they make you feel unsafe and threatened to express yourself to be heard and get your legal rights taken care of.
Please don't support such business practices and such poor customer service&something you won't see until AFTER you have signed the lease.
