I named this person to provide mean estimation on some work-in my flowerbeds. He invested atleast 1/2 time taking a look at an extremely easy work and offered me a cost of $500. I thought it had been large but I decided to the task. While he began the task, he named me and explained he required more income since the job required significantly more than he believed. I told him if he did not wish to accomplish the task in the contracted cost to depart the home. About 1/2 time later he named me again to express he truly required the cash and he'd get the job done for that offered cost. After some dialogue concerning the work I relented. Then he named me back and questioned me easily had a tape measure along with a sort! He explained he quit his resources house! I told him I had been not due house for another time. Then he went house to obtain his resources! After I returned house it had been obviously apparent this man had no order of actually the easiest job of calculating and reducing. He'd the whole work organized improperly! I told him to depart the task to which he explained easily did not pay him for an 1 1/2 function, he would prosecute me! This person has severe issues along with a severe mood. KEEP FAR FROM THIS LANDSCAPER FROM HELL!
