Terminated my weekly service contact with Riverbend over a month ago. Have asked repeatedly to have the key to my locking back yard gate returned to me. Sill no key. Next step will be to change the locks and force Riverbend to pay for that - seems stupid - can't understand why they won't just give me my key back.
