THEY DID NOT STOOD UP BY THIR WARRANTY
I moved there from another city with my two children 1 & 3 y/o and they gave me an apartment that smelled like a nightclub!!! Cigarrete smoke!!! I complained and they started doing "treatments" to get rid of the smell. They first put a machine to clean the air and carpet, then sprayed some sort of gel all over my furniture, electronics and clothes which sent my son to the ER with hives. Nothing worked... IT WAS EVERYWHERE.
The property manager was such a jerk, he blamed it on my husband and said it was all in my mind...
I had to pay $1000 and that month's rent to transfer to another community and they never returned my DEPOSIT OF $800.
Basically what they did is that they spent the first month doing nothing until the warranty was up and charged me for everything!!!
I tried calling the corporate office, sending letters and nobody cared... Really No answer!!!
