I ordered a grill on June 4th. My card was billed June 13 for the full amount even though I was told I would get a price match. Mid June I called and was told that they would not ship until their truck was full at the end of June. I was also told that they would be crediting my account for the price match. Mid July I called and was told that they found out they had the wrong grill and that mine was backordered. July 28th I cancelled the grill. I had never been credited for the price match. Now I am waiting for the credit for the cancelled order. Nothing yet.
