All'n'more sent us a wind spinner that broke in 2 days. After many phone calls to talk to someone I was informed that they had many problems with these and that the problem is fixed. They assured me a new one was coming.
After 10 days I tried calling them to no avail. No one in the company answers the phone. This is because they see who is calling. Afetr they did not answer for days I called from a different phone and they answered right away. They assured me a new one was being sent out. This happened 3 times (each time calling from a different phone number).
Finally the last time I called, the owner wanted my e-mail and he was going to check into it. I informed him that the last time I talked to him it was going to be mailed the next day. I then started to complain that this was going on for 2 months - so he hung up on me.
Very unprofessional and rude.
