I bought a kenmore hot water heater from Sears in Kokomo, Indiana. The plumber named me the day before and stated he'd be out at 5pm following day. He created a large deal of adding the hot water heater, like no space for this also it fit correctly. He was playing using the tube that visited water spicket exterior, had nothing related to hot water heater. He questioned where my exterior spicket was and that I told him only away from wall he was experiencing. He went outside and got the water tap, rotating it after which switched my water up full-force, he did not close it down, it went for 6 hours directly. Used to donot understand he quit it on. I'm worried about my security about how exactly he connected the heater and water collections inside house along with a large water statement, I stay alone and water bill rarely over 14.00. No showing what my statement is likely to be due to his neglegence. I named sears three or four times and was disconnected three times, I noticed a loud sound and was worried it had been the hot water heater however it was the water which was resulted in full-force. No body cared! No body called me back. I called back two additional occasions... Stated they'd enter contact with me within 24 hours. And nothing done yet. I've been a great client of Sears to get a very long time. Our child worked at Sears for a long time. I pd. Alot for that heater and deploy and really should not have now been vandalized when I was completed and Ifeel some obligation must be resolved and when not quickly I'll be calling my attorney, at your cost. I'll employ a plumber to ck. Points out and send you the water bill. Sears hasn't completed this in my experience before. Pls. Get this to right, quickly! Thks.
