FPL may be the TOUGHEST organization I've previously experienced. Today a FPL consultant turned up at our doorway and required $350 money or these were likely to turn off our energy. He extended to inform us we were 60-days overdue on our statement. We confirmed him sequential bills from March so far showing towards the opposite and he informed us also poor go up using the payment office spend up or I turn off your energy.
We called them instantly plus they informed us we never settled them in January or Feb. We sent them copies of the bills we'd from their approved broker showing that people settled them. The repetition. Said he'd evaluate them-and contact people back, but, we never obtained a phone back.
We called again which repetition. Told us we did not spend them in April plus they did obtain funds in March and Jan. We again offered them a bill for April. They proceeded to inform us because we settled 3 times late they didn't provide people credit for that month and set us thirty days behind.
Additionally they are keeping a $920 deposit the required we spend them this past year. We were designed to understand this deposit in six months however now they transformed it to some year. They extended to inform us when we spend one day overdue they'll increase the reimbursement of the deposit to a different year! How is that this legitimate?
What type of crackerjack business is that this!? We have to signal a and need our congressmen permit another electrical business in south California and finish this monopoly. FPL is tearing EVERYBODY down and receiving away withit since we've no additional option.
