California Rootstock
No guarantee unless sleeves are purchased, paid for them, but they did not send sleeves!

We purchased grapevines in 2010. They were received in early 2011. There is no guarantee on viability of the vines unless grow sleeves are purchased, as well. We purchased 16 sleeves @ $16.00. When the vines arrived they were without the paid for sleeves. Notification to the company was given but they have refused to respond, send the sleeves or refund our monies.
We are still waiting to receive the sleeves or have our monies returned. This has been well over
six months.
