Randy actually said another plumber wasn't taking a look at exactly the same pipes he was, or didnt understand what he was searching for. My partner went underneath the home & created a movie the pipes, nothing to aid Randy. Your friend employed his $24 snaked & a force nozzle about the water line and also the block was ELIMINATED.
