BidLessNow.com / opentip.com is a company I would never do business with again. I ordered what I thought was a package of multple pieces of hardware, and all they sent was one item. The items normally cost $. 30 to $. 50 each, and they charged $14.25 for just one. I found another company that sent me 20 of the same item for under $14.
When I tried to contact them on the phone, they would either not answer or hang up.
I also made numerous attempts to contact customer service through email, it took them 10 days to respond only to tell me they will get back to me with a return authorization number. I believe they are based somewhere overseas, but the return address on the mailer is in the States.
I paid through PayPal, so I will make an attempt to file a complaint with PayPal. I don't believe they would want to be affiliated with BidLessNow.com. They are a very shady company. There are plenty of reputable companies out there to do business with.
