I used this company in 2007 I did NOT like the job that they did on my gutters and never used them again. However in 2008 I received a invoice saying they cleaned my gutters on 6/8/08 and a Mr. (my last name) at my home authorized them to clean my gutters yet in 2008 there was no Mr at my home and I certainly do not sound like a man. This company has been harassing me regarding this bill since 2008. I spoke to the office numerous times and were told they have all their phone conversations voice recorded and that they would email it to me. Still no voice recorded email only invoices. On April 14 I was contacted by this company yet again and I told them yet again I did not authorize this service and once again I was told I would receive the voice message tomorrow. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and also filed a complaint with complaint. I feel at this point I must seek legal assistance over a bill that is $107.78 because this company continues to harass me and I refuse to pay for a service that I did not authorize. I used this company once and they were promptly paid even though I did not like the job. I hired another company and have been using them every since. This company is absolutely horrible!
