I thought I would just add another report concerning the customer service at Haverty's. We have even purchased their much touted Gold In-home Service plan.
When we filed a damage claim with the plan provider, they authorized a replacement for the chair that was damaged. The replacement has some quality issues also.
Diane has been uncaring at best and extremely rude and unco-operative with my wife. She has even implied that maybe our home is not a safe environment whe it comes to furniture. I have no idea what that comment meant.
The salesman (Mary Houston) at the Wolfchase store has been no assistance and has ignored repeated attempts to contact her in regards to a resolution.
