I can't think that tom martino might endorce a business similar to this.
I put an order for cabinets and countertops with granite depot in oct, and that i am still awaiting it to be completed.
A guy named fran was our salesperson (beware). This guy seemed like he know wha the was referring to and we felt good when placing the order but boy were we incorrect. This man arrived to the home and did all of the measuring and told people things that would go well within our kind of home, approximately we considered. He made numerous problems and screw-ups and many of the are yet to be set. A few of the issues are wrong size units, incorrect size gates, purchasing of the incorrect products and on and on and on. After discovering how annoyed we were he chose to make a trip to outr house to view the particular issues, nicely... A lot of of the units weren't stained precisely and had lacerations and dings and broken corners and his answer was that it's something which is expected. With your words he began to color and stain the imperfections within the units with markers and stain that's given to you with your units. I'm sorry but i don't believe these markers and stains are suppose to be used the afternoon your cabinets are installed but are for years later after i damage or dent the units. I paid-for new units i likely to get new units not mounted types. After fran left our home we found several more problems and were very upset with how fran quit us, therefore we called in a. With this problem fran turned up again which time he'd 2 males in the cabinet company with him. These men were understanding but nonetheless managed to get clear they stood by joel however they would purchase the newest components asap also it would all get looked after. Well that was a laugh!
The units turned up damaged and damaged. We were told they'd replace the issues, once the substitutes arrived the one total cupboard experienced a hole in the side of it big enough for me to climb through (plus they were still trying to provide it in my experience). From the 20 different pieces that were being delivered that day just 7 items were appropriate the remainder were delivered, again.in this shipping some items werent even around the truck possibly. That day the driver called work and we were told the contractors might bring all the pieces together if they arrived the following week. Nicely, obviously the contractors turned up with nothing and knowing nothing of what i had been saying (however, you cant remove it about the contractors). Lastly we decided to call tom martino and within 2 hours the master was about the phone around. Obviously, we've never heard from him again. A few of the custom support people began to handel your situation (excellent girls) and actually started receiving som things done. They arrived with the company and did finish a few of the work however it has become march and we're still waiting on several pieces to complete this task. We've your dinning room full of everything that belong in akitchen. I'm so sure there are many items i've yet to let you know about the units but its time to speak about the marble. We also ordered marble (santa cecilia) from their store once we bought your units.
We selected the most gorgeous foundations (2) of granite and we were told they'd be ample to accomplish your countertops and backsplash. Following the first set of units were mounted they sent a guy out to have a theme of the countertops, following he left we were told we'd have them in 10 times... Not. I acquired a telephone call and was informed since among the units were from block these were going to must wait until it was fixed for the countertops... Oook. So we waited and the afternoon the new cabinet was intalled the person was here again to take another theme. We were told it was required to do again since marble can only just be cut when, and boy did we realize that out. Because the new cabinet was installed the theme was somewhat different in dimensions compared to first therefore it was a good idea to possess it done another period, and another 10 times we waited for that marble to be mounted... Yes!!! Not!!! In the centre of the 10-day wait we received a telephone call in the amamzing granite website informing us the granite wasn't big enough for your kitchen. They forgot to meauure the counter about the right side of my range. I had been then told by among the customer service girls that she'd move himself and choose an item that will match another pieces completely. I decided to this with the knowing that easily didnt like it i wasnt going to accept it, plus they decided. The contractors turned up about 2 weeks later using the beautiful marble, i had been so pleased ultimately something was gonna go right, nicely, i had been wrong. Because they went to install the marble they realized it didnt match. It didnt fit since they cut the marble for the measurements of the first theme. At the moment all i really could do was cry. They did however find another bit of granite and did a dash onto it and had it installed within 2 times which is gorgeous.
Getting back to the units below it's valentines day and that i still just have half units with one door missing with no handels and many broken doors and drawer front which have yet in the future and sometimes even have a delivery date for...
This whole clutter has ruined our thanksgiving, christmas event, holiday, and new years holidays because we also have people over over these times of year. It's also destroyed out valentines day, because our kitchen stuff is in the dining area i can't possess a romantic valentines day dinner for my husband within our beautiful dining area. I'm courious to determine exactly how additional breaks will be ruined by the corporation. I suppose easter is next.
I'm sure i omitted plenty of things but i'm getting tired of writing.
Please, please, please don't use the corporation should you ever need your house back anyhow.
