My wife came home after shopping and couldn't find the key to the house, so, she found on Google a locksmith for $15, witch is very good price.
My wife was told on the phon $15 for service call and labour (and I guss the locksmith decide for the labour). My wife was waiting over an hour for the locksmith when they said on the phon 15 min.
Before he unlock the door, the locksmith showed a paper with the "NEW" price.
The price was $135, my wife almost cry, but also didn't have much choice, because
she was already waited for an hour and it was almost 10pm at night and its cold outside and all this happen whille my wife holding my one year old baby.
After the job was done, the Locksmith told my wife that she must pay cash.
My wife had her debit card or check book, but no cash.
So, the Locksmith said that she needs to follow him to the ATM... My wife was in shock.
She couldn't believe that she needs to drive 5 miles to the ATM WITH A LITTLE BABY
AFTER 10 PM AT NIGHT... YOU JUST DON'T KNOW WHO TO TRUST ANYMORE.
The Locksmith didn't give my wife the receipt, and drove away.
The next day I called the company to complain and they told me that this is the price and there is nothing i can do a bout it, when I told them about the Locksmith following my wife to the ATM they hung up the phon...
I called again this time to speake with a manager... They said he's not there... When
I asked for the office address, the company told me that they are mobile in cincinnati and the office is located Michigan.
I really don't know what to do especially without a receipt.
My wife got the Locksmith's plate no' and the car he's driving, it is...
BROWN CHEVROLET CARGO and the plate no' is... PGN 3410
Please help me to let other peaple know, when they searce online (google)
