The office people in this company are so ignorant to the client. They never return phone calls. Even if they cancel a job they are not going to call you in advance.
If you need an Invoice with prices paid you will never see one because it seems to me that they working without delivering invoices to the consumer, so good lack to you on your Residential Energy Tax Credit.
I don't recomend this company to enyone because you will spend so much time just trying to comunicate with them.
