Ros Powell and her company Locations in the Sun, have already been taken to court by clients and Locations in the Sun lost!

Ros Powell engages not only in false marketing, she deliberately misleads her clients as she sees fit. All in order to get that signature - and that commission. She favours off plan developments where she charges massive commissions andshe does not carry out any form of due diligence on these developments.

Her ONLY criteria for marketing a development is a high commission!

As she does not conduct any due diligence on the developments she markets there are absolutey no guarantee that you as a client will get what you signed for!

If you don't - well don't go to Ros, as she will no longer take your calls or answer your e-mails. Locations in the Sun, driven by a phenomenal greed, are part of the enormous problem when buying properties abroad.
