They destroyed my rental property, trapped 6 dogs in the home to urinate and destroy the entire home flooring while they went to Arizona, they did this because they found out I filed for eviction process, failed to pay for 3 months rent, subrented my home to immigrants that they employed for the construction/concrete business, poured industrial waste into the yard and killed mature trees that took over 10 years to grow, the damage and violations go on and on. They are not be trusted for rentals, business, or anything.
They know the system, they capitalize on the eviction process, they move around to dodge being served court papers, they falsify credit reports or use old ones, or hope you don't know how to read their proof of credit / income.
They will seem good at first, then the late rent, then the true colors, then the illegal and shady activity, then all their true colors come out and they become full on con artist and vindictive.
