I am a new customer from epathchina, currently, I am livnig in China. I bought a tablet pc from them two months ago, but the touch screen became not responsive. I cnotacted them immediately, they asked me to return it back, and eventuall, they replaced a new one for me, which is highly appreciated. I think i will purchase from them again in the future if any demand, because it is hard to find a good after sale service online.
