Fred Casto and David Casto are incompetent plumbers scamming people in East Tennessee. They are very unprofessional. They will take your money and do very shabby work that is not finished. When you call them they won't answer or return calls. I had to pay another plumber to finish. They are CROOKS!!! They live in Greenback, TN and Maryville, TN.
