This company takes advantage of the ignorant (unknowing). Pay them the $89 for the service call and diagnosis, but shop the repair as gold medal is always the highest!
What ever they quote you for the repair, cut it in half and insist the $89 is applied to the job. If they wont accommodate you,
"take your business elsewhere'
