Sunset garden and Power is an internet hydroponics/gardening store on ebay. They have a physical address in Hillsboro Oregon, not sure if there is an actual storefront there. During the month of December, the proprieter of this store has been taking peoples' money and refusing to send the items they purchased or to send a refund. Classic internet thief and a great reason to stay away from ebay.
