My experiences with ADT/Broadview security systems are repugnant. I changed my phone service from Comcast to AT&T two weeks ago and I now have DSL. My ADT monitoring and alarm service does not work with the phone unless it is filtered. Do you think that they would send me a filter so I could have protection? NO BUT they will sell me one since it is my fault the system doesn't work. They offered me one at half price. About $30.00 and refused to ship overnight even if I paid for it. They refuse to care that my property is unprotected, and they will not offer a credit for the time the system is down. This company is just another example of what's wrong with the ethics in America and if you have a choice—skip ADT because they do not care about customers as much as they care about their bottom line.
