I did not find this company to be a rip off. I ordered a double swing aluminum gate and it was beautiful. When I spoke to the employees I found them to be helpful and nice. My contract required half up front as a deposit to start working on it which I find to be fair and the balance before shipping which I was aware of when I signed the agreement. It did take a few weeks longer than I thought it would but when I received the gate I was very happy with it.
