Failed to deliver and then refused to refund $2,000

When I couldn't get a delivery by Thanksgiving of furniture I bought in early November and was promised by "mid-November" I canceled my order and asked for a refund. While their sales contract says they will refund credit card purchase within 24 hours, it is now 2 December and I still haven't been refunded my $2,000.
