We got the bed. Fine. We were told that if the layers were too soft or too firm, that we could exchange them as many times as needed until we got just the right firmness — no charge. Not. The top layer is too soft. After spending a small fortune on a mattress we now have to pay an additional $75 for the "no-charge" exchange. Of course it's for shipping "both ways." Gee. Thanks. And if we need to exchange another layer? It's $75 a pop. I'm disgusted. We wouldn't have bought the bed had we known; we're thinking of returning the whole thing.
