I paid cxash for a sofa. It had a factory. I immediatly contacted Mor and they said return it to the warehouse. I did. When I asked for the refund they were so rude and practically laughed in my face. When i call the phone listed (the only phone listed) and finally get to the option for refunds, it starts in with a recording saying Mor furniture can take up to 15 days to refund. IT HAS BEEN ALMOST 2 MONTHS I dont have $600 to leave with them. I spent the money because i needed a sofa. Now i have been sitting of the floor. Waiting. Mor "immediatly" sucked the cash money out of my checking account. What's taking so long, I dont see any reason they cant suck it back in IT WAS CASH. 5the customer service was the rudest I have ever been treated. Oh Yes, they were so sweet selling me the sofa, but the minit I complained they turned into MONSTERS
