Gorilla Capital seems to be focused on their own profit and profit only. Do not believe or trust anything they say. As others have mentioned, they will tell you that "your offer is at the top of the list" but that means absolutely nothing if it's not in writing. And even if they have entered into contract with you they can decide not to sell to you even at the last minute and there is nothing you can do as their contract rider addendum ONLY gives you the option of getting your earnest money back even if they make a material breach of the contract, BUT if you can't close on time they keep your earnest money and can charge you a daily fee every day you close late. It's a very one sided contract.
Also, beware of the "other offers" that come in competing against your offer. How do you even know these offers are for real? Of course you don't. Someone else stated that Gorilla tactics are such that they are - "... Getting you to pay more than they [the houses] are worth when they "play" you off a probably non existent competing bidder." This seems to be the case from our experience.
Be VERY cautious in dealing with Gorilla Capital or best yet don't deal with them at all...
