Two John Moore technicians came out to check my A/C. Neither of the tech's addressed the problem my unit was experiencing. One of the tech's said it needed to be cleaned. The 2nd tech told me it was due to a bent Hi Pressure line. Yet the line had been there and bent for 20 years. I asked a friend to check out my a/c and he told me right away after putting on the gauges that it was my compressor. I told this to John Moore and I asked them to split the $350 for the service calls. They said "Sorry", I was out $350, and the A/C still did not work.
