1. Juan Davila, you were fired!
2. After you were fired you stole a $3000 compressor!
Juan was fired and then showed up at the shop demanding to receive his final check. My other employees then called me and told me that Juan was irate and going nuts running through the shop. They then stated that he loaded up a $3000 dollar compressor and drove away. He then called my Personal cell phone and stated that he was on his way to my personal home and was demanding to get paid. His paycheck was two days late and was mostly due to the fact that he was fired for leaving early each day from the job. I then called the police and the intercepted him at my home.
He then proceeded to tell the police officer that he was desperate and needed money to feed his family and thats why he stole the compressor. I then felt bad and gave him 100 dollars of my personal money to help him until his paycheck was ready. After the police recovered the compressor the police gave me the option to press charges and I then declined to be compassionate.
He was instructed to leave my personal home and not to return and not to return to the office either.
Juan received his paycheck a few days later. Later that day he then started to send threatening phone calls because he stated that he wanted the monies that had been held and then paid for taxes.
The next day he call me at 7 am and was threatening my life and my familys life for the monies and stated that he was right next to my home. I then called the police and they could not find him. He called me as the police officer was standing at my home talking to me and the officer took the call. He found out that Juan was lying and was actually in Miami. The officer instructed him not to call or threaten my family any more.
Then Juan started an internet campaign of defamation towards us. Creating False RippoffReports as well as spamming the wood flooring community with lies abour our company. You carbon copied some of those emails to us.
3. Defamation is against the law!
Defamationalso called calumny, vilification, slander (for transitory statements), and libel (for written, broadcast, or otherwise published words) is the communication of a statement that makes a claim, expressly stated or implied to be factual, that may give an individual, business, product, group, government, or nation a negative image.
4. Take the pictures that belong to our jobsites off your website! We never authorized you to put pictures of our jobsites on your website.
