Cali Bamboo BamDecktm Decking Material Product Complaint
BamDecktm is a composite decking material that badly delaminated less than three weeks from installation to the point where there was a significant risk of tripping on raised and swollen boards and of splinters, some six inches in length. The deck is a total loss and can not be repaired. On 3/25/10 I informed Cali of two boards that had started to delaminate after one day of exposure to the elements and was told that this never happens and to go ahead with the installation.
