The ServPro that we used, in Illinois, were the most unprofessional bunch of people that I have ever met. They attempted to do all of the work on their own without hiring qualified contractors. Needless to say, it looks terrible. They charged my insurance complany for work that they never even did!
I would never recommend letting these people into your home!
