The supervisor is very knowledgable and helpful. They built us a beautiful pool, however they were not truthful on the size we could have (we wanted larger!)& didn't have exact placement of the pool. They are rather expensive but offer a overall high quality pool. The owner (ROB) is nice until you have an issue then he is RUDE, ARROGANT and IGNORANT. He doesn't listen to what the CUSTOMER wants and also ignors all your phone calls! BEWARE he also tells you the picture they provide is to give you an idea of what it will look like. Not exactly what is built. BUT, he tells you this AFTER the pool is complete. Overall, the workers are great, its the owner who needs to take a few lessons on cutomer service before he brings his own company down!!
