I Made an offer on a KB Home per the new home sales agent (NHSA), I was required to provide a $500 earnest money check with the offer. Today is 6-16-10 it has been 26 days and the NHSA rarely answers or returns my calls, says the check is in the mail... They are sneaky and care nothing about the consumer once the offer was turned down, I was of no interest to them especially not refunding my check to me in a timely manner. (I still have not received my check - when you call corporate, they transfer you to the NHSA who burned you in the first place.
