Jim Campbell aka James campbell took a depsoti of 6800.00 to construct a kennel for my showdogs. 2 weeks, and multiple phone calls to him later, no work had begun. He was effectively "fired" and instructed to return my deposit and any materials and invoices that he had purchased. Mr. Campbell refused to comply with this de4mand, for weeks, I called relentlessly, leaving messages reminding him that I had not forgotten that he had a large sum of my money. To date, Mr. Campbell has returned 4000.00 and refuses to return the remaining portion of the funds. He never stepped foot on my property to begin work! I have tried to be reasonable and compensate him for any time he spent getting my materials, but he refuses to answer my calls. The attorney generals office has been notified, and the county prosecutining attorney has begun a case against him for fraud. Because of this man's blatant fraud, and delaying the kennel construction, I lost a very valuable litter of puppies. It has been a heartbreaking experience for me and the pups mama. Had he completed the project on time (or even started to begin with) this litter would have been raised in the proper conditions and would not have perished. Its a finacial and emotional burden that I refuse to tolerate any longer. JIM CAMPBELL RETURN MY MONEY, and face the music, you owe me!
