After 2 to 3 weeks of not hearing from the company, we called the insurance company and the roofing company. Later to learn that the roofing company representative was called home due to his mother's illnesss. No one seem to make it a priority to let us know. However a new person, Angela Watt decided to take control, however each week it was always something unbelievable. We contacted the insurance company and they agreed to send an representative out to look at the roof. My husband met this representative from the insurance company at the house and they agreed that there was storm damages. Later we received compensation from the insurance company and the roofing company called and asked if they could come out and obtain the check. We advised them that they had not given us an estimate of cost and work supplies and we would not surrender a check before the work was done.
