Laptop returned in worse condition - Laptop MV79

My laptop was 4 months old when it began shutting off randomly. It was in otherwise perfect condition. I shipped it for repairs and received it back 7 days later only to find it had been carelessly tossed around or dropped. It had damaged to the corners, broken plastics, a gash down the right side and the cd-rom drive, and spots on the LCD screen. I shipped it back to be repaired after being assured by Level II support that they were going to get it completely fixed and were very sorry. I received it back a 2nd time, still damaged. Some of the new plastics were not installed correctly. I shipped it back a third time, assured by the Level II rep that it would be priority overnight to and from and I'd have it in my hands by the 20th of August. It is now the 26th of August and my email to them was replied to by saying they have "no estimated date of repair". I have filed a better business bureau complaint and can reach NO ONE that is in charge.
