I purchased a GE Washer and Dryer from Nick's on 9/20/03 and paid $1100 upfront in order to receive an additional discount for the merchandise. Order was scheduled for delivery but no one showed up. Upon further investigation, I found out that company was already in bankruptcy proceedings and this was not communicated to me during the sale. Spoke with Nick several times and he assurred me that the merchandise would be delivered. Scheduled for another delivery yesterday - no show again. Does not answer telephone calls, shop in Berwyn is still open but only get an answering machine when called. Do not purchase anything from this vendor under any circumstances!
