Ordered Septic Magic in Dec. 2009. January 15, no septic magic. They would not track package or return calls. January 17 I sent letter that I was returning if it ever come. I sent the package back later in January when it came. Tried to get a refund and they said I had to wait 30 days. It is March 11 and no refund or return calls. They have zero customer service. Stay with Rid X. I used it 35 years without pumping out the tank. No problems.
