Josef Yarmus is a 35 yr old male that will seek your money to launder it around the city of phoenix. He will bring you in on a theory that the grass is greener where he is and that you'll make millions doing what he does. Which is all a complete scam and lie. He has also b.S. The best of the business people into doing business with him.
He loves to womanize female cusomers, and spends his nites athis computer staring at smutt, weather it's shemales, gay porn or just regular porn. He does have a fetish fo shemale because i have witnessed it with the phone contacts that he has made and the sex paper that he buys. He has a beautiful wife to be, and a cute three year old dauhter that if i were his wife i would not let him anywhere near.
This man has a sick mid and thinks that he is invincable. On countless occations i have witnessed him harrasing, threatning, or even useing profane language to customers and clients. He will stop at no cost to do what he wants!!! He is a total morron!
He has hired people and used them to to the work them fired them for some thing that he has done wrong to cover his tracks. He will go as far to even not pay his help after firing them and tell them that they owe him money!!! This guy is areal peice of work!
With the customers he tells them that they have a three day buyer remorse. He will then swipe thier card and tell them that checks are not acceped so they have to use a card. Then after the card is swiped and he leaves the customers house he will batch out the money into his account prior to the 3 day buyer remorse. He will then spend it, and then make excuses to theclients why thier products have'nt arrived for install. Some customers have waited forup to 3-4 months for thier products, others have not been so lucky and never recieved thiers.
Essencially i could go on for ever about this guy and this is just some of the stuff that i have witnessed for the short period of time that i have known him
The business that he claims to own is a water softening business.
My expierience with him has been much worse than being a customer... He has fraudulantly extorted $35000.00 plus from me claiming that i was a biz partner. While harboring documents till recently (since that i have siezed) i found that i was not even on the biz lic, nor on the tax i.D. Lic. He has tampered multiple times with the partnership agreement commiting fraud and also commiting insurance fraud. He has also taken on other biz parners and taken them for 34k, 22k that i know of there are a few others.
I will leave it a that and maybe there are more people out there willing to ad more on this flippin bozo
