Refuses to give credit for returned product

I purchased this product, found that the seaming was very visible even following directions. It took 2-3 weeks to get a response to return the unused portion of product.

The unused portion of product was returned 6 weeks ago. I do not get a response via email, no credit and no answer on phone.
