I called heatmor to order outdoor stainless steel woodstove. They give me a distributor to call. I called wabash woodstoves, inc and told him what we wanted. He sent jeff essig of central kentucky wood stoves to set up full installation. My stove got put in halfway and almost a year later mr essig come back to finish the installation. Which over 2 years still isn't done and stove and all installation does not work after over $11,000.00 was spent. I call heatmor to handle their side of it the stove. They just contact wabash and jeff. Jeff come out several times and never could get it working properly. He wrote me a letter and said he didn't know what was wrong with it for me to get someone else to come and fix it at my expense. I have called heatmor for over 2 years and still no one comes to look at it or fix it. Even though i have a 10 year warranty and it was their distributor that they had to come and install the stove wrong. We have to add water daily or several times weekly. It was only suppose to use 6 rick of wood and i have been using 26 rick or more. The light and fan has fallen to pieces. The stove burns hot constantly even with green wood. It doesn't smolder. You have to throw a few pieces at a time to keep from getting burnt. The flames shoot out of door and pipe. None of the installation works on waterheater, pool and 2 wall heaters.
