I ordered and paid for a custom-made address sign as a birthday present for my son on July 16. The "artist" promised delivery by Sept. 1. I have made numerous phone calls to the number on the receipt and the message says that due to economic circumstances the artist is traveling and he will get back to me as soon as he can. My charge card was charged in August for $89.04 and I have never received my order.
